The Mission
The mission of the Head of Growth is to own, scale, and future-proof the entire revenue engine of /slantis.
This role is responsible for defining and executing the US market growth strategy, leading the commercial organization, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with top-tier architecture clients.
This is an executive leadership role with end-to-end ownership of revenue, growth strategy, and team performance.
This role holds full responsibility for:
Revenue targets, forecasting, and predictability
US market expansion and positioning
Sales strategy, structure, and execution
Growth team leadership, coaching, and scale
Strategic partnerships and senior client relationships
Tight alignment across Growth, Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership. This is a strategic, relationship-driven, and hands-on leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Own the global growth strategy aligned with /slantis long-term vision and revenue targets.
Define and execute the US market go-to-market strategy.
Set annual and quarterly revenue targets, forecasts, and OKRs.
Continue to build a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and scale the Growth team.
Design clear roles, processes, and performance standards.
Develop a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Act as a mentor and role model for talent company-wide.
Client Relationships & Strategic Growth
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with firm principals, partners, and executives.
Lead high-stakes conversations, negotiations, and strategic deals.
Position /slantis as a long-term partner, not a vendor.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work in close partnership with the Marketing Leader to align demand generation, positioning, and pipeline strategy.
Collaborate with Delivery, Directors, and Leadership to ensure promises match execution.
Act as a senior voice shaping company-wide strategy and priorities.
Innovation & Growth System Design
Challenge traditional growth models.
Redesign how growth is done - from discovery to closing to expansion.
Move fast: test, learn, iterate — without waiting for perfect conditions.
Continuously refine the growth playbook as the company scales.
Education & Experience (Competencies + Skills)
15–20+ years of experience in senior growth, sales, or leadership roles.
Proven ownership of revenue in complex, service-based B2B businesses (consulting, tech, professional services).
Strong experience working with the US market (preferred).
Native or fully professional English.
Strong strategic and financial business acumen.
Experience leading senior teams and managing leaders.
Comfort operating at both executive and execution levels.
Experience with CRM and revenue systems (HubSpot a plus).
