Role Overview
Build and scale Argentina as a strategic global hub for /slantis, while contributing senior strategic perspective to overall leadership. Own excellence of the Buenos Aires operation and shape how /slantis grows and operates locally—combining operations, people leadership, talent development, and brand positioning in a hands-on, system-building role.

Argentina hub operations, stability, and scalability
Onsite people leadership & culture (“office parent”)
Talent attraction, development, and acceleration
Leadership development (managers & seniors)
Training systems & ramp-up reduction
Employer branding, PR, and market positioning
Coordination with Uruguay & global teams
Scaling Argentina within the /slantis ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Ops & Hub Leadership
Lead day-to-day BA operations ensuring delivery excellence and scalability
Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and growth challenges
Act as senior onsite decision-maker and escalation point
Align local execution with global strategy
Build and scale operational support structures
Coordinate closely with Uruguay (People, Ops, Leadership)
Ensure clear ownership, collaboration, and information flow
Reports to Head of Delivery
Onsite Leadership (“Office Parent”)
Be the cultural reference and primary people leader onsite
Drive wellbeing, engagement, and belonging
Lead difficult conversations and team dynamics
Build strong rituals and maintain real-time pulse of the office

Talent Engine & Training (Critical)
Design and lead Argentina Talent Engine
Build continuous pipeline (junior to senior)
Reduce ramp-up via structured training systems
Integrate learning with real delivery work
Standardize onboarding, mentoring, early performance
Leadership Development (Critical)
Grow leaders and high-potential talent
Strengthen technical, people, and operational leadership
Drive ownership, feedback, decision-making, accountability
Coach through growth and complexity
Build strong local leadership autonomy
Employer Brand & PR
Position /slantis as a top employer in Argentina
Represent /slantis in universities, events, and media
Drive PR aligned with global brand

Requirements
Licensed Architect (required)
15+ years in senior ops/leadership roles
Experience in professional services, consulting, architecture, tech, or similar
Proven leadership of onsite teams and complex ops
Strong people leadership & talent development
Strategic thinker with strong execution
Experience in fast-growing environments
English C1+
Multi-country experience (preferred)
