Role Overview
As the backbone of our day-to-day operations, the IT Coordinator's mission is to keep /slantis running like a well-oiled machine. This role owns the full lifecycle of our technology infrastructure — setting up and maintaining hardware, managing purchases, running our networks, and keeping every license tight and compliant across all offices. The IT Coordinator is the go-to person for IT-related issues, establishing the protocols, providing the technical support, and advising on the IT choices that empower every /slanter to deliver extraordinary work. Through proactive maintenance, smart procurement, robust networks, and disciplined license management, the IT Coordinator ensures that all computers and systems within the company work efficiently, effectively, and securely.
Responsibilities
Set up, maintain, and upgrade all company computers and peripherals, troubleshooting issues and keeping a complete inventory of company hardware to ensure every /slanter works at peak efficiency.
Manage end-to-end IT procurement across our offices, researching and recommending the most suitable hardware and software, and building strong vendor relationships to keep /slantis up to date.
Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP infrastructure across all offices, applying cybersecurity best practices and resolving connectivity issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Manage the full lifecycle of software licenses, tracking usage, renewals, and compliance to keep /slantis efficient, optimized, and audit-ready.
Act as the go-to person for IT-related issues, establishing protocols and providing technical support that empowers the entire /slantis team.
Competencies & Skills
Bachelor's Advanced student or graduate in Computer Engineering or related fields.
+2 years of experience as an IT Coordinator or in a similar role.
ONLY Advanced English speakers will be considered (C1, C2)
Proficient in Google Workspace and experienced with ITSM (IT Service Management).
Experience in cybersecurity is valued.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different teams and disciplines.
Desirable Skills: Light scripting for repetitive tasks. Awareness of automation tools (n8n, Make). Experience with asset management software.
