Role Overview

The Culture & Experience Manager is responsible for shaping and protecting the /slantis experience across the entire people journey.

At /slantis, the ecosystem is the structure — this role makes sure living inside that ecosystem feels meaningful, connected, and great.

This person helps ensure our culture feels coherent, intentional, and alive as we scale. From wellbeing to communication, from feedback systems to cultural rituals, the role focuses on creating experiences that strengthen both people and the ecosystem itself.

You are both a listener and a builder — continuously rethinking how culture is experienced in practice while helping leaders and teams navigate growth, feedback, and team dynamics in a healthy way.

Responsabilities

• Lead Co-Pilot Sessions (1:1 conversations focused on experience, engagement, growth, and satisfaction)

• Support leaders and teams through difficult conversations, team friction, and conflict situations when needed

• Own, rethink, and protect the key cultural artifacts and rituals that shape the /slantis experience

• Ensure culture initiatives remain consistent, engaging, and aligned with our values across all hubs

• Own and evolve initiatives such as:

  • eNPS

  • Climate & wellbeing surveys

  • Action plans & follow-through

  • Team building experiences

  • Learning & culture rituals

  • Internal communication (in partnership with Brand)

  • Referral Program as a key ecosystem driver

• Detect early signs of cultural drift, disengagement, or collaboration gaps and propose corrective actions

• Oversee the onboarding and first 90-day experience to ensure new Slanters feel connected, integrated, and aligned with how /slantis works

• Monitor ecosystem health through engagement metrics, pulse checks, onboarding insights, and feedback trends

• Turn feedback and analytics into actionable improvements that strengthen both culture and performance

Experience

• Experience in People, Culture, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, or related areas

• Experience supporting leaders and teams in fast-growing or evolving organizations

• Experience managing culture initiatives, engagement programs, and organizational health processes

• Experience navigating sensitive conversations, team dynamics, and conflict situations

• Experience working with engagement metrics, surveys, and people analytics
